Baltimore, MD, Philadelphia, PA and Delaware

In November of 2000, the FDA issued a public health advisory warning people not to take over-the-counter medications containing PPA (phenylpropanolamine) or Ephedra, an herbal additive. This advisory was based on findings from a study done by the Yale University School of Medicine, which showed a direct link between PPA, Ephedra, and hemorrhagic stroke, or bleeding of the brain. The risk of stroke was found to be especially high in women.

If you've taken products that contain PPA or Ephedra, such as cold remedies or weight loss drugs, and you've suffered a stroke, call us. We'll help you understand your rights and find the resources you need.

If you or a loved one has been harmed by the use of PPA/Ephedra, talk to us. We'll use our experience and expertise to help you explore and understand all of your legal rights.
